Throughout the year we hold Dog Help workshops in different locations across Somerset to practice all the training we have done in the field.

Recent Workshops
Introduction to shot
What we will cover:
- Introducing the sound of a shot at a distance
- Introducing the significance of shot to the dog
- Foundation work for Steadiness to shot
Shoot over Day
What we work on:
- Real experience
- Opportunity to work your dog with live game
- Lunch included
Pointer/Setter Play date
What we will cover:
- Opportunity to train in a woodland environment.
- This is an outstanding place to work your dog.
- All levels welcome.
- Long lines can be used where necessary.
- Learn to quarter your dog and watch them work.
- Use of flirt poles to encourage Point/set.
- Refreshments and cake included.
Water play

What we will cover:
- No Shot so suitable for youngsters or those who are gunshy.
- Pond retrieving.
- Encouraging dogs to enter water swim and pick up.
- Refreshments and cake.
